Electrical & Fire Minor Projects Coordinator, Leeds
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical & Fire Minor Projects Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and customer service, as well as a basic understanding of the electrical and fire industry.
The position:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week

Main duties:
- To assist in the day to day running of the Electrical/Fire department
- Communicating with the client to discuss their requirements
- Arranging engineers to attend jobs
- Arranging materials for engineers that includes discussions with suppliers
- To assist with the quotation of projects
- To source and order materials and manage stock control
- The completion of test sheets and other paperwork
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in administration and customer service is preferable
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of CASH software preferable, but not essential
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and professionalism
