We now have an excellent opportunity for a motivated Scheduler, to join the fast-paced team in Leeds.

The position:

  • Permanent, full-time
  • 40 hours per week

Job purpose: To aid in the efficient use of the company’s service department resources to help ensure customer satisfaction within the given cost parameters, by maintaining responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of services to Gough & Kelly’s domestic customer base.

Main duties:

  • To serve as the primary point of contact for domestic customers, ensuring prompt and professional responses to enquiries, service requests and escalations.
  • To jointly control the Service inbox, ensuring this is kept up to date on a daily basis.
  • To answer and handle internal and external phone calls.
  • To schedule and plan routine maintenance works for domestic clients.
  • To receive and log fault reports from domestic customers, coordinating remote troubleshooting or dispatching engineers for on-site assessments and repairs.
  • To process quoted works and arrange engineer attendance within SLAs.
  • Manage the schedules and assignments of engineers, optimizing workload distribution to meet SLAs and customer expectations. To liaise with engineers, as required.
  • To audit completed works and determine their cost prior to generating invoices.
  • To manage all outstanding works for domestic customers, ensuring they are prioritised and carried out within a suitable timeframe.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Scheduling experience
  • Knowledge of CASH
  • Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team working skills
