Gough & Kelly has extended its facilities management package to include a commercial cleaning service and scooped a new contract with Queens Arcade Leeds.
The £100,000 Queens Arcade contract was awarded by CHP Management Ltd and covers the cleaning of walkways and thoroughfares across the site as well as maintaining all facilities.
Located within the pedestrianised area of Leeds city centre, Queens Arcade houses over 20 retail units and is home to retailers including household names and niche independents alongside cafes and coffee shops – some of which have been located there for over 30 years. Current occupiers include Accent, Tunnel, Levi Strauss, Schuh, Arkade Barbers, The North Face, Ollie Quinn, Office, and Allertons.

The Gough & Kelly cleaning package provides safe and hygienic commercial environments and includes all aspects of commercial cleaning and maintenance for premises as well as external service yards, walkways, fire exits and entranceways.
