All Saints' Church of England (VA) Primary & Nursery school is located in the heart of Leeds, and is committed to providing the very best possible education for all of its pupils. The school is based around Christian values, and aims to give children the opportunity to further their faith.
All Saints' is a school where children feel safe within a happy, stimulating and attractive environment. Each child is encouraged to enjoy learning and develop a lively and enquiring mind. The school aims to help children develop their ability to question, discuss rationally and apply themselves to tasks and skills as they strive to reach their full, true potential in all aspects of school life.
The challenge
Due to the unique nature of the school building, an integrated security solution was required. It was important that the school could operate normally and without a “closed-in” feel, whilst keeping both children and staff safe and secure in the knowledge that they are being well looked after. The school wanted a ‘one stop shop’ for all of their security needs, for ease of contact and to save them time dealing with numerous providers.
The solution
We put together a comprehensive proposal to protect the school and its grounds, both in and outside term time.
Due to tight budgets, we took a leased approach with some of the systems, which allowed the school to access state of the art equipment at affordable monthly rates. We also provided a client manager to look after all of the school’s needs and continually review and manage security on site.

- Off-site monitored CCTV system
- Intruder alarm system installation, maintenance and monitoring
- Fire alarm system installation, maintenance and monitoring
- Access control system installation, maintenance and monitoring
- Installation and maintenance of external fencing
The future
We set up a specialist education client management team to look after the needs of the premises. As the site changes over the years, the team offers regular reviews to ensure the systems continue to deliver effective support within tight budgets.
